Using the Studio Editor

The Studio is where you customize and preview your karaoke video before exporting.

Opening the Studio

1. Go to Projects
2. Click on any completed project
3. You’re now in the Studio

Studio Layout

The Studio has three main areas:

• Video Preview — See your karaoke video in real-time
• Settings Panels — Customize your karaoke (right side or below on mobile)
• Playback Controls — Play, pause, and navigate through your video

Settings Panels

Click each panel to expand its options:

Background

Choose what appears behind your lyrics:

• Solid color
• Gradient
• Image
• Video

Text Style

Customize how your lyrics look:

• Font family and size
• Colors for active and inactive text
• Outline and shadow effects

Layout

Control how lyrics appear on screen:

• Layout type (Karaoke, Scrolling, Single, Duet, Chords)
• Number of visible lines
• Screen position

Overlays

Add extra elements to your video:

• Title card at the start
• Lead-in countdown dots
• Progress bar during instrumental breaks
• Logo watermark

Audio

Adjust the audio mix:

• Instrumental volume
• Vocal volume (for practice mode)
• Playback speed

Trim

Cut the beginning or end of your song:

• Set a start time
• Set an end time

Saving Your Changes

Your changes are saved automatically. Look for the save indicator in the header:

• Saving… — Changes are being saved
• Saved — All changes are saved
• Unsaved changes — You have unsaved edits

Previewing Your Video

Use the playback controls at the bottom:

• Play/Pause — Start or stop playback
• Progress bar — Click to jump to any point
• Skip buttons — Jump forward or back 10 seconds
• Fullscreen — View in fullscreen mode

Exporting

When you’re happy with your karaoke, click Export in the top right to download your video. Learn more: Export and Download
