Youka Live is a native macOS menu-bar app that continuously separates audio playing on your Mac into four stems: Vocals, Drums, Bass, and Other. Mute a stem or change its level while listening—without uploading the song or preparing a project first.
Youka Live currently requires macOS 15.6 or later. It is separate from the Youka web and desktop apps and does not create or export karaoke files.

What you can do

  • Mute or lower vocals for karaoke and song practice
  • Isolate drums or bass while learning a part
  • Change the mix from audio playing in a browser, music player, or another Mac app
  • Turn on Live without choosing a mode or model; Youka Live checks compatibility automatically
  • Process music locally after activation so normal playback does not upload your audio
Youka Live introduces a short playback buffer while it separates the music. The current model adds approximately three seconds of delay, so the app is designed for continuous listening, rehearsal, and karaoke—not zero-latency stage monitoring.
