You can change the email address you use for Youka from your account settings. Your projects, credits, subscription, and library stay on the same account.
Do not create a second Youka account with the new email address. Change the address from inside your existing account so your data stays together.
This changes the email on your own account; it does not transfer account ownership. Changing the email alone may not sign out other devices or disconnect Google or Apple sign-in. If anyone else has access, contact Youka Support before relying on this change to remove their access.

Before you start

Make sure you:
  • Are signed in to the Youka account you want to keep
  • Can open the inbox for the new email address
  • Use an email address that is not already connected to another Youka account

Change your email

1

Open Account Settings

In Youka Online, select your profile icon in the bottom-left corner, then select Account.
2

Open email management

In the Profile section, select Manage sign-in email. Youka opens the secure email-management window.
3

Add your new address

Use the email-address controls to add the new address. A verification code is sent to that inbox.
4

Verify and use the new address

Open the verification email and enter the code in the email-management window. Select Verify and use email. Never send the code to Youka Support or anyone else.
5

Optionally remove the old address

The new address becomes primary automatically. If you no longer want the old address connected, open Manage sign-in email again and select Remove next to the old address.
6

Confirm the change

Sign out of Youka, then sign in with the new email address. Your existing projects, credits, subscription, and library should still be available.

Troubleshooting

The verification email did not arrive

Check the address for typing mistakes and look in your spam or junk folder. Then request a new code from the email-management window.

The new email is already in use

An email address can belong to only one Youka account. Do not create another account or move your projects manually. Contact Youka Support and include your current sign-in email and the address you want to use. Do not include passwords or verification codes.

You cannot open your existing account

This process must start from the account you want to keep. Contact Youka Support for account-recovery help, and never share an email verification code in chat or email.
