The Projects page is the home base for all your karaoke work. Every project you create is stored here, ready to open or edit.
Accessing the Projects page
Click Projects in the navigation menu. You see a grid of every karaoke project associated with your account.
Searching for a project
Use the search bar at the top to filter projects by:
Start typing and the list narrows in real time.
Sorting projects
Click the sort dropdown to reorder your projects:

| Recently created | Newest projects appear first |
| Title A-Z | Alphabetical order by song title |
| Artist A-Z | Alphabetical order by artist name |
Project status badges
Each project card displays a status badge:
- Processing — Youka is generating your karaoke. This usually takes a minute or two.
- Ready — The project is complete and ready to open in the Studio.
- Failed — Something went wrong during generation. Your credits are automatically refunded.
What a project contains
Every project stores everything needed to customize and export your karaoke:
- Your original uploaded audio or video file
- Separated audio tracks (instrumental, vocals, and optionally backing vocals)
- Synced lyrics with word-level timing
- All your customization settings (style, layout, overlays, audio mix)
- Any exported video files you have generated
Opening a project
Click any Ready project card to open it in the Studio. From there you can preview your karaoke, adjust the style, and export the final video.
Deleting a project
Open the project menu
Hover over the project card and click the three-dot menu icon that appears.
Select Delete
Click Delete from the dropdown menu.
Confirm
Click Delete in the confirmation dialog to proceed.
Deleting a project is permanent. The project, its files, and all exported videos are removed and cannot be recovered.
Creating a new project
Click the Create Karaoke button in the top-right corner of the Projects page to start a new project.
