You can cancel your Youka subscription at any time from the Billing page. Canceling stops future renewals — it does not cut off your access immediately.
Canceling ends automatic renewals. You keep full access and all remaining credits until the end of your current billing period. Credits do not disappear immediately when you cancel.

How to cancel

Open Billing

Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the header, then select Billing.

Cancel your subscription

On the Billing page, click Cancel Subscription and confirm when prompted.

What happens after you cancel

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period. You can still create, edit, and export karaoke during this time.
  • Remaining credits stay available until their expiration date. Monthly subscription credits expire after 2 months; annual subscription credits expire after 1 year.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.
  • Your library is preserved. All your projects and karaoke videos remain in your account.

Resubscribe at any time

If you decide to return, you can resubscribe without losing your existing library:

Open Billing

Click your profile icon, then select Billing.

Choose a plan

Select the subscription tier you want and complete checkout. Your credits are added immediately.
