Open the credits dialog
Click your credit balance in the top-right corner of the header to open the credits dialog. The same dialog appears automatically if you try to create a karaoke and don’t have enough credits.Choose between a subscription and a credit pack
Subscriptions give you a set number of credits every month, renewing automatically. They’re the right choice if you create karaoke regularly. Credit packs are a one-time purchase. They’re a good fit if your usage is occasional or if you just need a top-up between billing periods. Select a plan or pack
In the credits dialog, pick the subscription tier or credit pack that matches how many karaokes you plan to create.
Go to checkout
Click the plan to be redirected to a secure checkout page. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, and PayPal where available.
Confirm payment
Complete the checkout form. Your credits are added to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
Credits are added to your account as soon as checkout completes. If your balance doesn’t update right away, refresh the page.
Manage your subscription
To view your current plan, billing history, or make changes:Review your plan
The Billing page shows your active plan, next renewal date, credit balance breakdown, and payment history.
Change or cancel
From the Billing page, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, or cancel your subscription. See Cancel Subscription for cancellation details.
