# Play selected karaoke videos offline

> Choose which finished karaoke videos Youka Desktop saves for offline playback

Offline playback is opt-in in Youka Desktop. While connected, choose **Make available offline** for each finished karaoke video you want saved on that computer.

Desktop does not automatically download your whole Library.

## Make one video available offline

  <Step title="Open Library while online">
    Find the finished karaoke video you want to keep on this computer.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Make available offline">
    Open the item's actions and select **Make available offline**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for the download">
    Keep Desktop open until the item shows that it is available offline.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Play without internet">
    When offline, open Youka Desktop and play the saved video from Library.
  </Step>

Bulk and automatic offline saving are not available right now. Choose **Make available offline** separately for each finished video you want to keep on this computer.

## What still requires internet

An internet connection is required to sign in, create karaoke, run AI processing, edit projects, sync cloud Library changes, and download another video for offline use.

Offline storage applies to the finished video, not the editable project, source media, stems, or Studio settings.
