# Keyboard Shortcuts

> Speed up your workflow with keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts for the player and the Manual Sync editor.

## Player controls

| Shortcut | Action                   |
| -------- | ------------------------ |
| Space    | Play / pause             |
| ←        | Rewind 5 seconds         |
| →        | Forward 5 seconds        |
| 0        | Go to beginning          |
| F        | Toggle fullscreen        |
| M        | Mute/unmute instrumental |
| V        | Mute/unmute vocals       |
| =        | Increase vocals volume   |
| -        | Decrease vocals volume   |

## Manual Sync editor

| Space                | Play / pause                 |
| ←                    | Seek backward 1 second       |
| →                    | Seek forward 1 second        |
| Shift + ←            | Shift selected lines earlier |
| Shift + →            | Shift selected lines later   |
| Ctrl/Cmd + Z         | Undo                         |
| Ctrl/Cmd + Y         | Redo                         |
| Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + Z | Redo (alternative)           |
| Ctrl/Cmd + C         | Copy selection               |
| Ctrl/Cmd + X         | Cut selection                |
| Ctrl/Cmd + V         | Paste at playhead            |
| Ctrl/Cmd + A         | Select all lines             |
| Ctrl/Cmd + L         | Split line at selected word  |
| Ctrl/Cmd + M         | Merge line with next line    |
| Ctrl/Cmd + N         | Add new line or word         |
| Delete or Backspace  | Delete selection             |

## Tips

* Arrow keys skip 5 seconds in the **Player** and 1 second in the **Sync Editor**
* Use **Shift + Arrow** in the Sync Editor to nudge timing without seeking
* Undo and redo are available everywhere — experiment freely
