# Abonnement kündigen

> Automatische Verlängerung in Youka Online deaktivieren

Du kannst dein Youka-Abonnement jederzeit im Billing-Portal kündigen.

## Schritte zur Kündigung

  <Step title="Öffne dein Profilmenü">
    Klicke in [Youka Online](https://online.youka.io) auf dein Profil-Symbol in der
    **unteren linken Ecke**.

  <Step title="Billing öffnen">
    Wähle im Profilmenü **Billing** aus. Das Stripe-Billing-Portal öffnet sich in
    einem neuen Tab.

  <Step title="Cancel subscription auswählen">
    Suche deinen aktiven Plan und wähle **Cancel subscription** aus.

  <Step title="Sag uns, warum du gehst">
    Wähle einen Grund aus und wähle dann **Continue to cancellation**.

  <Step title="Kündigung bestätigen">
    Prüfe das von Stripe angezeigte Datum. Wähle **Cancel subscription**, um die
    automatische Verlängerung zu deaktivieren.

## Nach der Kündigung

* Dein Plan bleibt bis zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv, den Stripe anzeigt.
* Dir wird kein weiterer Abrechnungszeitraum berechnet.
* Bereits ausgestellte Credits behalten ihre bestehenden Ablaufdaten. Monatsabonnement-Credits sind normalerweise 60 Tage ab dem Ausstellungsdatum gültig.
* Deine Projekte und deine Bibliothek werden nicht gelöscht.
